Certificate still locked despite completing the course

Hello HubSpot Team,

I’ve completed all modules of the Social Media Marketing Certification and passed the exam (55/70), but it still shows 42 minutes remaining, even after rewatching the lessons, clearing cache, and refreshing multiple times.

Please manually review my account and unlock my certificate.
