Email ID gets disable.

 Dear support team,

Greetings…!!

We are currently unable to raise support tickets from a specific email ID, as it appears the address has been disabled. As a result, we’re unable to create or send tickets from that account.

Could you please assist in enabling this email ID from the settings so we can resume using it for support-related communications?
